- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience and hands-on exposure with skillsets in the relevant technologies required for the assigned projects.
- Work closely with various IT teams, stakeholders and suppliers to plan out objectives of Proof Of Concept (POC) and measurement of success parameters.
- Carry out POC and provide outcome and analysis reports.
- Work with various IT teams and suppliers to identify and validate optimal upgrade path for the supported technologies and projects.
- Assist the technology migration and upgrade process, upkeep and maintain the relevant SOP and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
