- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in End User Technologies and Devices;
- e.g. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Cloud PC, desktop PCs, laptops, Messaging, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing (AVVC), Mobile Device Management (MDM), IP Telephony, Office Automation.
- Hands-on experience with technical expertise in Operating systems (Windows OS, iOS, MacOS), MS Exchange server and online, MS Office, Antivirus solutions (e.g. Symantec etc.), MDM solutions (e.g. MobileIron, AirWatch, Blackberry etc.).
- PMP/CITPM-certified. Financial Services Institutions (FSI) experience is preferred.
- Responsible for managing the overall program and/or delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships, and communication, in accordance with the recommended practice project management methodology.
- Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
- Develop and/or review estimates and assumptions for the schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience.
- Review and be responsible for the overall development and integration of requirements.
- Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to help confirm that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate, support and assist in all aspects of projects analysis and management by supporting operational and tactical aspects of projects to the top management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
