- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft platform and products support, including Windows and MS Office.
- Experience in broad client application support (including third party software from various vendor base, e.g. Adobe, EMC, Symantec, WinZip etc.).
- Experience in operations support of infrastructure systems.
- Experience in Desktop End User Computing environment covering deep level support, platform imaging and deployment (for Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS), as well as image testing and automation.
- Experience in managing and deploying solutions, e.g. Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Group Policies, System Center Configuration Manager, Quest KACE, JamF, Airwatch etc.
- Experience in scripting with Powershell, VBS, BAT, Applescript, JavaScript etc. is preferred.
- Able to perform in-depth troubleshooting of production issues and implement resolutions via workarounds. Able to perform technical deployments and releases to production.
- Technically skilled to analyze application codes and able to develop automation scripts.
- Collaborate with Team Lead/Technical Specialist and Business Analyst to manage change releases to production.
- Possess good knowledge of and access to a range of sophisticated tools and techniques to perform production support troubleshooting and release management functions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
