- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in network support and administration for LAN and WAN environments.
- Experience in network design, upgrade, migration and administration; including network installation, configuration, implementation, performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in network switching and monitoring; with technical expertise in Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Wireless, Routers, WebProxy etc.
- Proficient in networking products and tools; e.g. CISCO, F5, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Symantec.
- Experience in implementing medium to large network projects.
- Preferably with certified network qualifications (e.g. CCNP).
- Possess good understanding in Software Defined Networking implementation (ACI/NSX) or SDWAN.
- Experience in working on Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP) and networking components (VPC/VNETs).
- Proficient in scripting for network automation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
