- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience and exposure in IT Infrastructure related project management.
- PMP/CITPM certified. Financial Services Institutions (FSI) experience is preferred.
- Proficient with proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Extensive experience in project management and team management in large scale projects.
- Vast experience in IT Infrastructure technologies and other IT related areas.
- Demonstrate effective team and people management across different functional levels and stakeholders.
- Proven strong experience in delivering projects and systems up to customer’s satisfaction and able to meet project deadlines and budgets with financial understanding.
- Responsible for managing the overall program and/or delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships, and communication, in accordance with the recommended practice project management methodology.
- Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule. Develop and review estimates and assumptions for the schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience.
- Review and be responsible for the overall development and integration of requirements.
- Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate, support and assist in all aspects of projects analysis and management by supporting operational and tactical aspects of projects to the top management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
